The Alerta Evacuation Sheet fixes permanently to the underside of a flexible foam mattress by means of strong elastics. It has safety belts to hold the user on the mattress and pulling straps at each end.

The combination of slippery sheet and flexible mattress will allow controlled and easy access through doorways and down stairs.
