Lopital proudly launched the new Marina on 3rd December, describing it as “the shower stretcher that makes all other shower stretchers a thing of the past”. Lopital did this in a special streamed event from Rotterdam, viewable worldwide in four live broadcasts.
The new Marina is available in hydraulic and electric versions, with a number of innovations. It’s a lot lighter, easier to turn, and simple to clean and disinfect, and the mattress is easily removable. We’ve changed the high, low, and tilt settings for improved comfort and ease of use, and the Marina is also easy to widen for obese residents. It’s suitable for weights of up to 227 kilograms (500 LBS), and can be made shorter and longer.
