Covid-19 Company update
Here at Caretua, the health & safety of our employees, our customers and the patients and residents we serve each day is our priority. In light of the recent corona virus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are monitoring developments closely and taking relevant preventive measures to manage the situation in the best way possible.
We would like to share the precautionary measures that we are currently taking:
With COVID-19 precautions in place, to ensure staff safety and social distancing, Caretua’s administrative activities are continuing as normal, albeit some activities from home. Our Customer Services team are supporting customers in an effort to minimise business disruption and service any essential needs they have. Our Technical, Service and Sales teams are also available to offer advice and answer technical queries.
All staff have been supplied with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Hygiene Kits.
Field staff will also be provided the Sany+Air system to disinfect any equipment before and after they work on it and to disinfect their tools and van every day.
There are hand washing & Covid posters along with Hand sanitising stations put up in many locations thorough out our Office.
Each desk will be disinfected with the Sany+Air system twice a day along with every office and common area (e.g meeting room, canteen etc.)
All visits to our Office must be by appointment only and upon arrival the visitor will be temperature checked and provided with PPE if required
