Wishing you a happy 2023 from the team at Caretua! We have some exciting news to share with you.

We are expanding our Field Customer Support department, and now have 4 Customer Support Representatives to cover each province of Ireland! What’s more, is our two new starters have already been with Caretua for over 20 years between them, meaning they are coming to you with full knowledge and experience of our products from the start.

Meet Linda Cullen.

Linda is in charge of the Connacht area of Ireland. Linda has been with us since Caretua first opened our doors in 2006! Since then she has worked within every department, so has vast amounts of experience which she can’t wait to utilise in her new role of Field Customer Support.

Meet Craig Jago,

Craig is in charge of B2B and Construction for Caretua. Craig started 6 years ago in our Service & Installation Department, having then worked his way up to be Operation’s Supervisor and taking on our Construction & B2B clients 2 years ago.

Meet Jason Mockler.

Jason is in charge of the Munster area of Ireland. He has been with us for 8 years. Jason has worked as a field service technician, as well as covering for the Field Customer Support roles when needed. He is now taking on the role full time and is excited to get going!

Meet Tommy Kelly

Tommy is in charge of the Leinster and Ulster area of Ireland. He has been working as a customer service representative in Caretua for over 10 years. Tommy is passionate about his work & will always go above and beyond for his clients.

Having expanded to 4 Customer Support reps, it means each will have more time to dedicate to each client. Jason, Linda, Tommy and Craig have all worked to give customers the ‘Working Together With Care’ experience that Caretua stands for throughout their entire careers here, & are all dedicated to continue to provide this service.
