DIY SOS Ireland : The Big Build – The O’Hanlon Family !

DIY SOS Ireland : The Big Build – Series Four returned to our screens for another episode this Sunday 12th October 2025.

This week, our team at Caretua teamed up with DIY SOS and the wonderful community of Mooncoin, Co. Kilkenny, to help make the O’Hanlon family’s dream home a reality. Their nine-year-old daughter, Aoibhínn, needed a specially adapted environment, and our PLS Overhead Hoist System was an important part of that transformation.

Having previously worked with the DIY SOS Ireland : The Big Build team on past projects, when we heard of the O’Hanlon family story, we knew we wanted to help in whatever way we could.

This time around it was our PLS AR200 Overhead Hoist System which was the needed.

It has been a pleasure working with the DIY SOS Ireland team, the RTE team & all of the companies and individuals who volunteered for this series. We hope to work with them again in the future. We would also like to pass on our well wishes to the O’Hanlon Family. We hope your new home brings your family a lifetime of happy memories!
